Report on 2007

Questions relating to access services, how do we know what is available where do we turn? Followed up with article February 08 newsletter about the work of PALS and an information display on the large board by the door. PALS officer told us how useful this had been had a number of enquiries.

Delay in OT appointments etc. Info obtained about the direct access to equipment service, February 08

Dentistry - followed up with PALS told by PCT that there would be some money available. Some NHS dentistry being offered. Article in September newsletter covering who to contact, Dental access clinics and Emergency dentistry.

Mental Health issues - didn't do well in following up. Thought that we should try and make list of any local support services etc... we didn't get very far. Perhaps that's one to carry forward.
